Sasha will make a beautiful, friendly pet or excellent meat goat breeder. She even has a big chocolate moonspot on her right ear! (see photo). Both parents have great conformation and size. Cross breeding can produce some wonderful, hardy multipurpose goats! We have crossed these breeds since 2016 with great results! She is 62% Myotonic and 38% Kiko. Sasha can be MGR Registered as a 50 % Myotonic, because her sire is Registered Purebred Myotonic. We have not seen Sasha or her twin wether brother, Socks, fainting. They have always lived with the Kiko herd on our farm. Crossbred goats usually do not faint. The Myotonic gene can cause some crossbred goats to occasionally faint, which lasts just a few seconds. Mostly, they just stiffen for a moment then return to normal. As they grow up, they learn to control this trait and may never fall over.
